Our Story

Aged Plus was formed as a natural extension of successful NDIS provider Path to Independence, which provides tailored support to improve participants’ quality of life. Our team saw how necessary it was to bring the same kind of support into the aged care sector, where finding the right care can feel like a confusing process. When we saw firsthand how much older Australians could benefit from a more trustworthy and approachable style of support, we formed an in-home aged care team in Brisbane.
